Dear customers and partners!

A new version of ediEX will be deployed into production on Saturday 28.08.2021.


New content in ediEX v. 39.0:

Prominent features:

  • Easy Recurring Card

Support for recurring card payments through the NETS EASY PSP. ediEX provides an API for enrolment and routes subsequent invoices to EASY.


  • Better support for external registers

Necessary for large-scale lookups in modern webservice based external registers such as eFaktura, Kivra and eBoks. Decreases the processing time.


Other:

  • Numerous maintenance and infrastructure upgrades
  • Minor bugfixes

When:

Saturday 28.08.2021, between 07:00 – 11:00:00 CET.

The total amount of downtime is not expected to exceed 10 minutes.

Dear customers and partners!

This e-mail is to inform you about the upcoming freeze period related to parts of EDIGards operation.

EDIGard will maintain business as usual, but we will have less staff available due to holidays. This also applies to subcontractors.


Reduced capacity:

            Project/Development/Product/Operations: Reduced staff available.

IT changes and implementations: No implementations or changes will be done to our Production Environment/ediEX unless critical changes should appear.


Normal operations:

            Customer service/Support: Available/unaffected.

            Emergency hotline and production monitoring: Available/unaffected.


Period:

            18th of June to the 9th of August.

EDIGard – Backend maintenance and internal upgrade – Scheduled Saturday

EDIGard - Backend maintenance and internal upgrade - Scheduled Saturday

Dear customers and partners!

There is a planned upgrade of our internal Production Server cluster Saturday the 12th of June 2021. This upgrade will involve backend maintenance and upgrading of internal software components. Please review the information below.


Affected environment:

EdiEX production environment will be affected and ediEX users will be disconnected within the maintenance window.


Affected customers:

All EDIGard customers.


Customer impact:

Please make arrangements to send files well ahead of the scheduled time, or postpone sending until after the upgrade interval.

In case files are delivered during maintenance downtime, files they will be picked and processed after the upgrade has been done, but with a delay corresponding to the time ediEX is unavailable.


When:

Backend maintenance and upgrading of internal software components:

Service window: Saturday the 12th of June 2021, 07:00 AM – 11:00 PM CET +1

NB! The total amount of downtime is not expected to exceed 30 minutes, but the systems will restart several times throughout the day.


            Reserved date for potential follow-ups after the changes done on the 12th of June:

Service window: Saturday the 19th of June 2021, 07:00:00 – 11:00 PM CET +1

NB! This maintenance window will be canceled if there are no necessary follow-ups.
